Film Free and Easy is a travelling event devised by a group of Nottingham artists to explore new ways of showing projected work. Within a one-night installation in the bar and the theatre at The Maypole, different material will be shown in its original format, projected, screened or performed. The audience (that's you!) can bring along material to show, which could be of any type that can be projected or displayed on a screen: digital film, VHS, Super 8, home movies, slides, live manipulated image (shadow puppets?), sound, games, old TV, phone videos or fragments from the past.
Get in touch with a short description of what you want to bring along and show, including duration and the equipment you would like it to be shown on by emailing Dan@furthestfromthesea.co.uk
Film Free and Easy was created at Primary, Nottingham, and is being produced as a collaboration between UK Young Artists and Furthest From The Sea.
