UKYA 2010 Call now closed

For the first time in the East Midlands, UK Young Artists will showcase exceptional young talent from around the UK in all art forms. The event promises to be one of the UK's leading cross-art form events for young artists.

Approximately 60 artists will be showcasing their work in Derby, from these 60 artists 10 will be selected to represent the UK at the International Biennale of Young Artists of Europe and the Mediterranean in Morocco 2011. The artists will be chosen by a prestigious panel which includes Akram Khan. Watch this space for further announcements regarding other panel members.

UKYA will take place every two years and will rotate around the cities in the East Midlands. (Leicester, Nottingham and Derby).
