UK Young Artists has partnered up with the British Games Institute to bring you ‘Continue’ at The British Library, London. A jam-packed day exploring the possibilities at the intersection of arts and game technologies. With a programme boasting pioneering artists, technologists, commissioners and curators working at the forefront of new technologies. Get inspired with talks, demos and workshops, and take time to share, discuss and experiment with game practitioners and artists from across all art forms.
UK Young Artists is delighted to be working alongside 10 regional organisations to present original artworks on advertising billboards in a range of locations for 6 weeks. Transforming these everyday hoardings into a vibrant display across the region, In Another Place aims to bring art to audiences, in places where normally they would see advertising. Through our partnership with BJCEM, UK Young Artists are seeking UK-based curators and researchers under 34 for 'A Natural Oasis?'. A two-year nomadic free school dedicated to the development of new curatorial research paths in contemporary visual and performing arts, taking place in Palermo (Manifesta 12), Nottingham, San Marino, Cyprus and at the Mediterranea Biennale.
