‘Matters of Life and Death’ is the newest work by multi award-winning choreographer Katie Green. This live contemporary dance piece centres on the discovery of a body. Four figures try to understand why and how it has come to be there. Water floods the scene. Water lifts more bodies, like secrets, to the surface. It destabilises the landscape in which the urgent, calm, angry, clinical processes of making sense of the bodies occurs.
 
'Matters of Life and Death' weaves together stories of those who have been forgotten, those who are mourned for and missed, those who are resuscitated and those who resuscitate them. It considers what we all see before us, how we approach it, and how our process of dealing with life and death connects us all.
